How it works

1. Open the GX-T and slide it onto your laptop lid — the integrated clamp holds it without tools or adhesive.
2. Connect the two USB-C cables from the GX-T to your laptop's Type-C ports.
3. Power on. Your operating system detects two new displays automatically — no driver installation required on Windows 10/11 or macOS.
4. Drag windows across all three screens and arrange them in Display Settings to suit your workflow.

Tip: For best performance use two separate Type-C ports, or one Thunderbolt 4 / USB4 port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode.

Q: Do I need to install any drivers?
A: No drivers needed on Windows 10/11 or macOS. The GX-T is fully plug & play — your OS detects it automatically.

Q: How many USB-C ports does my laptop need?
A: Two separate USB-C ports is ideal. If your laptop has one Thunderbolt 4 or USB4 port, a Thunderbolt 4 hub can split the signal. Standard USB-A ports do not work.

Q: How heavy is it and will it fit in my bag?
A: The GX-T folds flat when not in use. Packaged dimensions are 49 × 38 × 10 cm and gross weight is 5.5 kg including packaging. The monitor itself is slim enough to slide into most laptop bags alongside your laptop.

Q: Can I use only one extension panel instead of two?
A: Yes — you can connect just one USB-C cable and use a single extension panel if you prefer a dual-screen setup. The second panel simply stays folded.

Q: What size should I choose?
A: Match the GX-T size to your laptop screen. A 15.6" laptop pairs best with the 15.6" GX-T so all three screens sit at the same height. The 14" variant suits compact 13"–14" laptops; the 18.5" is ideal for 17"–18" workstation laptops.

Q: Does it have built-in speakers?
A: Yes, the GX-T has built-in stereo speakers. Audio routes through whichever display your OS designates as the active output — you can change this in your sound settings.
